As an artist, I probably spend too much time alone, and that can be bad sometimes, especially when I start spiraling down in my own worries and fears. Over the years, I've learned to be mindful of scheduling social time and outdoor time, to break that spiraling and have a change of perspective.
Sometimes, we just need to be around people, to know that we're not alone.
